We have been working for over five years in landscape design. Robert J Goldman, the principle designer, is certified, trained in Landscape Horticulture and a member of the Association of Professional Landscape Designers. He has designed gardens throughout Puget Sound, from small urban settings to large estate properties. Each landscape design is unique and sensitive to the site and the owner’s desires.


Process:

  1. Upon contact, a consultation is arranged. During the consultation, Goldman Garden Designs and you, the owner, work closely together to identify the garden elements that will fulfill your needs.
  2. Next, we conduct a detailed site analysis and measure the property
  3. Using the information from the first visit and from the site analysis, a series of conceptual drawings are prepared and presented to the homeowner. Through discussion, a garden design emerges.
  4. Next, Robert prepares a Master Plan, Planting Plan, and Hardscape Details sheets. The plans can be quite detailed and extensive, depending on the need. Robert prepares a rendered copy of the Master plan, and assembles the construction documents for presentation.

Costs:
Every landscape and every design is unique. We present a proposal for services at the end of the initial consultation. The cost of the consultation, which is fifty dollars, will be applied towards the cost of a landscape plan. Please contact Goldman Garden Designs for an initial interview.
